* down on luck */ 11:16 PM    saturday was 2nd month. =) it was an enjoyable night out with dear of coz... ate dinner at New York New York, before we spent time at Marina Square... was a simple outing, yet it means so much to both of us. =) days after 2nd month, things have been very happening. i can only say that, i'm really down on my luck lately. somehow i got a bit lost at suntec today and walked alot. on 2 occasions today, it took me more than 20mins to wait for bus... and i had to make 2 trips up and down just to get wad i wanted to buy, then another wasted trip going down to dear's place in the afternoon. and i received this stupid msg from my course coordinator that said: "sch e-mail exceeded file limit. cleanup mailbox or face disciplinary action" WTF?! hello i check and filter my sch e-mail EVERYDAY can?! and now i think, the course coordinator probably sent the msg to me by mistake. zzzz. what lousy luck i had today. still, there are also things worth being happy about for today. dear seems to like wad i bought for her today alot.. =D and i also found time to meet up with my bestie Choon Hang as well as my ex sec sch classmate Ben Chong. had a great time chatting and eating with them today yeaa... we ate Subway at Marina Square after a bit of walking around Suntec.. suddenly i feel so emotionally attached to my cat high friends.. majority of them are enlisting for NS soon, and it suddenly dawned upon me that i won't be able to meet or contact them very often for a long time. by the time they get out of NS, it would be my turn to enlist le... all of a sudden i'm really lagging behind in life, as compared to most of my friends. it doesn't feel gd. but i gotta live on with it, coz i chose the poly route on my own accord.... sigh. i can only wish my friends the best of luck for NS... and somebody wish for better luck for me pls. i need it too.. =/ |
