* spider lillies */ 12:16 AM ceekay had cut his hair today! and now he looks like some army boy. hahaha.. drawing lesson today was crappy. wasn't in the mood to draw anything, and as expected my drawings today were totally crap. so in the end i spent much of the lesson doing almost nothing.. well, not that the tutor cared. coz he was busy having his 1-on-1 critique sessions, busy grading drawings from each of us in class. for my own critique session, he said that i had put in good effort for my sketchbook, and that my drapery drawings look good. just kinda need to work on my shadings a bit more.. hmmms, and according to CZ, who had peeped at the results, i got an A for my overall drawing grade. =D yesh i want my first ever drawing module "A"! hahaha... gotta buck up and keep up with my works for rest of the semester. hmmms. went to cut my hair after lesson was over. almost had a problem explaining how i wanted my hair to be like.. coz it has been a long time since i last cut my hair so short. and well, it looks like some army boy hairstyle, but i love it! i felt so different and refreshed... it feels as, for a moment, i was a different person. maybe it's the feeling of being reborn. =p coupled with the new army-style Astro Boy jacket that my god-mum had bought for me, i really look like i just came out from NS. hmmmz.. that's the kind of feel i really wanted. so.. yeaa. =) took a 2.5hrs nap, woke up feeling refreshed. but somehow i juz didn't had the mood for work.. watched Rainie Yang's "Spider Lillies" on crunchyroll.com really dun understand why it was labelled as R21. it was at best worthy of M18, really. coz other than the homosexual topic, minior glorification of tattoos, occasional hokkien vulgarities, and extremely minor intimate scenes, it is totally not worth R21. but then again, the movie wasn't worth watching in the first place. coz it's really a typical taiwanese arthouse flick. it's too much like an art film (or maybe it is an art film) the only thing worth watching was Rainie Yang.. duh! wait a minute. maybe it's R21 because the authorities assumed that u need to be 21 and above in order to be able to understand the movie's profound meanings coz honestly, i found it hard to understand the movie. i hate art films, seriously, much as i appreciate arts. right now.. my mind is in a whirl again. lots of things are confusing me, and now my mind tells me that everything has to stop.. including the cold war i'm being involved in. it's the biggest burden on my mind, and i need to lift the load off.. the question is.. how? may my gold mine be able to help me solve this.. coz after all, the silver ring still means something to me. |
