* locked */ 1:42 AM just as i'm posting this entry, my eyes threaten to close anytime... that's how tired i am. morning's web design lesson was okok. got back the grades for assignment 1 & test 1. assignment 1.. grade was a B. test 1, grade was an A+. hopefully my assignment 2 will be as good as either. i just wanna secure yet another A for this sem.. if possible, i could be getting 3 As! for IMM, French & Web Design... then i'll be so happily jumping over the moon.. hahahas... ok enough of crap. let's get back to the topic. so web design, i'm working on it. for 3D lesson i think i had pissed Ms Grace off a bit, coz i was working on my web design during her 3D class. well, i'm not bothered about it. i would rather work on an assignment that can give me an A, than to work on an assignment that i'm more likely to fail. at least i know that 3D is NEVER one of my strengths, and probably never will be. i'm not Ronald Fong... for now i'm just glad that i could be getting a few As this sem, coz that would already exceeded my expectations. practised some locking with Fong before the juniors' pract. and now my knees are getting more bruised, to the extent of having a small swell on my right knee. all these due to my constant practising of floor moves, such as the half-splits, knee-drops and more. but the pain is nothing, coz all i want is to improve and add more variety to my locking. it's just sad that today i couldn't get the right feel at all again.. FB juniors pract was good. juniors learnt J-Wreck's "AM to PM" choreo, for which they did really well today. they're improving a lot.. it's clear to see, the difference in them between now and when they had juz joined us. i'm hopeful of their future... let's hope they won't disappoint. had another locking freestyle session, this time in front of the juniors in a showcase with Ian & Fong. damn my freestyle was probably the worst.. Ian said that Fong and I did well for our first freestyle attempt, but i think we can both do a lot better. for myself, i just keep running out of ideas, so i tend to do the same stuffs. that suxs.. got a lot of tips from Ian after the pract... and now he's encouraging Fong & me to join a locking competition, which follows a freestyle format and we dun get to choose our partners. i suppose i should be going to take part, but that also means tht for the coming 2 months i'm gonna be busy.. busy with locking, as well as endless assignments, and of coz not forgetting my studio project. haiiiiiis. all the physical pain counts for nothin... je vous aime toujours |
